It is important for the site design of Berry Farms to lay out an orderly arrangement of built parts and street design to establish an urban pattern that gently enhances the site and does not consume it. This built environment will be properly proportioned and articulated and coupled with streetscapes that are designed as boulevards with trees that provide the street edge and building facades that parallel the street frontage. The overall pleasing solution will be further enhanced by the accentuation of corners and terminating vistas that lead to clubhouses or other public structures. Incorporated into this larger fabric will be a layer of thoughtfully designed smaller pedestrian movements in sidewalks and walking paths through the natural areas and along Five Mile Creek.
