Previously a hotel, this space is now being transformed into apartments for the Memphis community. Upon entrance into the leasing office, residents and guests are greeted with a modernized lobby with eclectic, modular furniture pieces and fun textures with timeless finishes and fixtures. Designed to introduce a sense of community, spaces were crafted to create opportunities for residents and visitors to interact and engage with each other. The heart of the space is the community room, which boasts a pool table, shuffleboard, TV area, fireplace, coffee bar area, kitchenette, and living room style seating to offer a comforting community feel. Different styles of seating throughout accommodate groups both large and small, as well as individuals. Amenities of the apartments include a vast fitness center with a yoga room, a large community space, and a collaborative working space.
