Germantown, TN
This transitional family home, nestled in a quiet Germantown neighborhood, was designed with functional, luxury living in mind. The site was planned to give the maximum amount of natural light and privacy from neighbors in any direction. A grand entrance completed with a timeless, limestone surround welcomes family and guests into the foyer, where they are greeted with a flood of light by 2-story floor to ceiling windows. An uninterrupted view of the pool and property beyond can be seen through the glass wall.
Flawless transitions and specially curated details fill the home, with multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces throughout for the family to enjoy together. Intentionally designed for the client’s on-call schedule, the primary suite boasts a large bedroom, spacious his-and-hers closets, and a spa-like bathroom that seamlessly flows into an intimate, private courtyard. Each element in the primary suite is meant to accommodate differing schedules, allowing one to sleep and relax undisturbed while the other is on the go. Upstairs holds the children’s spaces, crafted to grow with them while providing space for individual and family lifestyles. Outside, an opulent screened porch, covered bar and grilling area, and connected indoor seating space provide an expansive, open-air space for entertainment.
