Cherry Hill Village Townhomes

Canton Township, MI

Cherry Hill Village is a 340-acre TND in Canton Township, Michigan. The developer sold all of the lots to three area builders and we were fortunate to work with Ivanhoe-Huntley, a third generation builder responsible for over 40% of the construction in the development. Ivanhoe-Huntley did not have any prior TND experience and conducted a nationwide search for an architectural firm with significant TND experience, design skills, professionalism, and enthusiasm. That search led them to Shapiro & Company. The development was divided into four home types: The Villages, The Cottages, The Manors and The Estates. Shapiro & Company was responsible for designing Ivanhoe-Huntley's entire product line of speculative and semi-custom homes for a total of over 350 dwelling units.
