Tillman Townhomes

Memphis, TN

The new affordable community includes a total of  219 units including 25 Townhomes. The community is connected to the City Wide Greenline connecting midtown Memphis to Shelby Farms in the suburbs. 
There are four townhome plan types including two and three-story, 4 bedrooms. The development covers 9 acres with a yield of 25 units per acre.
The project received THDA’s  Tennessee Best Neighborhood Stabilization Award 2022
