Working with the traditional Florida vernacular, these single-family homes and duplexes were designed to accommodate move-up buyers in a new Traditional Neighborhood Development. The homes range from 2,000 square feet of one-story bungalows to 3,200 square feet of two-story villas. The home styles for the TND are a reflection of its city context and include Craftsman, Spanish Revival, Folk Victorian, and Colonial.
