Before diving into the design for this development, Shapiro & Company thoroughly researched competing developments and presented the Builder, and their broker, with insights into the current market trends. After this design charette, the builder was able to identify their target market, young growing families, and Shapiro & Company set off to create a fresh, updated approach to traditional design. Shapiro & Company designed a series of floor plans and alternate elevations which fit within the overall vision and theme of the development. Before finalizing the designs, Shapiro & Company met with the builder for a second design charette to perfect the community's final vision. With the information gained from both charettes, Shapiro & Company completed the designs and worked hand-in-hand with the builders to ensure all design concepts were compatible with the builder's construction preferences and building methodologies.
