Residences of Chapel Cove

Shapiro & Company Architects was selected to create a comprehensive vision to establish an architectural theme for the entire Chapel Cove community. Shapiro & Company designed multiple luxury speculative homes ranging from 4,000 to over 5,000 square feet. Some design features included luxury master baths open to private spa gardens, catering kitchens, multi-season porches with fireplaces, and kitchens and TVs overlooking pools. Due to the limited size of each lot, Shapiro & Company created unique floor plans that simultaneously maximize privacy and natural light. Each home was meticulously designed to be timeless yet modern, appealing to the target high-end market.

In addition to establishing the overall architectural vision, Shapiro & Company provided design reviews for all of the builders within Chapel Cove, subsequently ensuring the continuation of a cohesive design amongst the community.
