The Poplar Corridor is the life force of East Memphis, with hundreds of stores, restaurants, and venues concentrated along the avenue. Citizens of Memphis have long desired to live in the heart of this activity. Unfortunately, East Memphis is mostly comprised of expensive single-family homes and outdated multifamily buildings, making it virtually impossible to live in the area without buying a home. Perkins Flats looks to fulfill the need for quality multifamily living by adding 117 units within walking distance of some of the city’s favorite restaurants.
