The Energy Star rated Young High Flats consists of 3 three and four-story buildings with a mix of 2 and 3-bedroom types and 156 dwelling units. Amenities will include a Fitness Center, Business Center, Bicycle Storage, detached Leasing Office, detached Mail and Laundry Facility, and a path that attaches to the public park adjacent to the property. The City of Knoxville allows reduction of car parking if properly designed bicycle parking is provided, so we have been able to incorporate that into our design.
