Luxury Community Meridian Park

Collierville, Tennessee

This 250 unit Luxury Apartment project in the affluent suburb of Collierville was designed to create “neighborhoods”  by incorporating pocket parks, linear tree groves, and a small lake. The buildings were designed to look like townhomes, but are actually stacked flats. The community is composed of multiple unit types including various one, two and three bedroom configurations. Luxury amenities include a clubhouse, exercise, yoga, coffee cafes, and a business center. The oversized pool is surrounded by individual cabanas with TV, loungers and under-counter refrigerators.
