Hermitage Flats

Nashville, TN

Hermitage Flats is located on Old Hickory Blvd. in Hermitage, Tennessee outside of Nashville. This project consists of seven buildings and 267 units built on a challenging grade of steep slopes with a tree preservation requirement. It is a mix of 3 and 4 story buildings with an integral Leasing Office and Clubhouse. Creating access to the primary street was a challenge but it sits on top of a highly visible hill, making the project visually prominent.
