Patterson Flats

Patterson Flats in Downtown Memphis is an apartment community with 195 units including one, two and three bedrooms. The site occupies an entire city block that had to be rezoned. Three and four-story facades align with and front the streets to help define the urban edge with parking contained by interior parking courts. On-street parking will help continue the urban pattern.
