Farmhouse Basement

The existing house had an unfinished basement with exposed concrete, studs, and mechanical/electrical systems. The newly finished basement includes a den, great room, guest bed/bath, and a kitchen area. One of the keys to the success of the project was the addition of windows that provide ample daylight in an otherwise dark space. The basement is now a warm and inviting space.
