This luxury multi-family development is located in the heart of East Memphis looking to enhance the community by adding 117 units within walking distance of the city’s most popular restaurants. We believe that every space should be as unique and individual as the people who call it home. This project is an intricate masterpiece of modern interiors and community-focused amenities, designed specifically for an active demographic. With large and open spaces for relaxation, exercise, and socializing, we focused on giving each tenant an unparalleled living experience. Our interior designs focused on maximizing the project’s surroundings with thoughtful space planning, incorporating sustainable materials, and creating a sense of community. With its centralized location around food, theater, and shopping, this development is the perfect place for residents to live, work, and play.
