Working with Brad was the best money I spent in this whole process!

Brad Shapiro and his team at Shapiro and Co. created a wonderful experience for our family. They were calm and patient throughout the entire process. They made it so enjoyable we actually missed the process of building after it was over and we had moved in. We will use Shapiro and Co. if we ever build again. We have recommended them to many people who have also used them for their building needs.

It's all about others with Brad and the Shapiro team. Everything Shapiro does is always to make someone else happy or fulfill their dreams. He's always talking about - not his vision - but the clients' vision of what they want to make their house a home. Most people who go to an architect, they're just not really sure on what they're supposed to say. He asks all the right questions and he sees that vision for them, and then he puts it on paper. He makes every client like they're the only one and they're very special, and that this is the best house in the world.

We interviewed a few architects before settling on Shapiro and Co. Brad truly listened to us and wanted to learn how we lived in order to draw our perfect dream home. He absolutely nailed it! We worked a lot with Brad and Scott and ended up with the perfect custom home plans. Having lived in our home now for several months, we wouldn’t change a thing! Hiring a great architect is the most important part when building a dream home. We had never built a custom home, but Brad guided us through the entire process including help with hiring a builder, interior designer, and landscape architect. We built a solid trust with him and knew he had our best interest in mind. Whenever anyone asks us about our architect, we tell them not only would we highly recommend Brad Shapiro.... but they’d be making a big mistake by not hiring him. We would use him again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Shapiro and Company as the architect of our personal residence. They spent all of the time necessary on the front end to listen to us and learn about our lifestyle and what our desires were for our future home. We had a heavily treed lot with significant slope which required a high level of expertise, and Brad and his team were easily up to the task. One thing I really appreciate is the inspiration and creativity they brought to our project, but also the necessary practical side of making the house doable and within budget. They also worked closely with our builder to sort out issues that came up during construction. We could tell it was really important to him that the project would be done right, to see his vision for the property come to fruition.
