Ellsworth Place

Memphis, TN

This property is in an existing mature neighborhood that was once home to a small under-utilized church that was demolished to make way for residential use. The developer of this 22 lot infill asked us to create the overall architectural vision. The architects developed three plan types and multiple alternate front elevations that would resonate with the target demographic while also being compatible with the older adjacent homes. The exterior facades are inspired by the eclectic mix of historic cottage homes in the neighborhood. While the facades are based on historic models, the various floor plan types are designed to meet the modern needs of the anticipated market. www.ellsworthplacememphis.com
