Shapiro & Company Architects is seeking an accomplished architect with a passion for residential architecture. Our team is a well-respected, client-centric group that thrives in a collaborative environment. Our work includes architectural and interior design for high-end custom, multi-family, mixed-use, and speculative homes. As a growing firm, we have career-level openings in our Memphis office for experienced, talented architects and project managers. The person that meets our requirements can make an immediate impact in all phases of our services.
Requirements:
- Passion for residential architecture
- Motivated by excellence
- Outgoing, personable, energetic, great communicator, and professional demeanor
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Ability to work well with firm staff and leadership
- Proven professional experience in residential architecture
- Desire to lead task assignments and develop professionally
- Expertise in CAD, REVIT, and rendering programs
- Architectural License or on-track to become licensed
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture
Responsibilities:
- Participate in all phases of architectural services
- Depending on the level of experience, leadership team, manage projects and/or active involvement in the development of projects
- Coordinate schedules and consultants
- Promote firm culture and client relationships
- Maintain and advance design and technical standards
- Participate and/or lead personal and staff development activities
