Housing Project Breaks Ground in Knoxville, TN
Shapiro & Company Architects is working on bringing affordable housing to Knoxville, TN.
Along with two other Shapiro & Company projects, Southside Flats and Young High Flats, Flats at Pond Gap makes this the 3rd affordable housing project of ours to break ground in 2019.
The Flats at Pond Gap broke ground this morning in the Pond Gap area of Knoxville, TN. The $22 million affordable housing development will house 102 units for low income households.
