Affordable Senior Housing - Grand Opening

Shapiro & Company Architects were excited and hopeful at Robinson Flat’s Grand Opening on June 27th of this year. This project was very special for our firm. Located in Old Hickory, TN, Robinson Flats is a new 209-unit, affordable, senior living community. The importance of this project can be summed up in the words of our client, Hunter Nelson with Elmington Capital. On the day of the opening, Hunter said, “We are excited about the opening of Robinson Flats and providing a new housing opportunity for seniors in Old Hickory. Robinson Flats will help address Nashville’s dire need for affordable housing, which has only grown more acute in recent years.”
