During our initial meeting, Brad asked so many questions that we had never even considered as part of the design process. He asked questions relating to how we actually live our lives on a daily basis. Obviously these questions were specific to us and our lifestyle, and I now know the answers had a direct impact on the design. He asked very thorough questions and listened to us completely.
