It took us nearly 10 yrs to find the ‘perfect’ property and another 10 yrs to be at the right stage to build. The wait was well worth it after hiring Brad and his firm. Being a long distance project, living in Memphis and the site was in Northern MI, we needed a partner as well as an architect. With Brad and his firm, we found that partner. The process was the proper balance between what we wanted in a house and Brad’s vision for the property. It helped that he made a visit to the property before we started moving dirt. Creating a partnership with us was critical but nearly as important during the process was that Brad developed a solid relationship w/the builder. He fostered a healthy exchange regarding a house that would encounter four distinct seasons. In the end, we will always feel that our dream home would not have exceeded our expectations without Brad and his firm.
