The Townhomes at Gateway Village

Shapiro & Company was selected by Gateway Village Development, Inc. to provide residential architectural services as part of a $75 million mixed-use development. Eighteen acres of the site will be devoted to retail areas, with the remaining 22 acres holding approximately 225 Shapiro & Company-designed upscale townhomes and flats. The flats will be approximately 1,000 square feet in size and will target the young professional market. The two-story townhomes will be approximately 2,400 square feet with several different plans offered for sale. Standard amenities in the townhomes will include nine-foot ceilings, eight-foot interior doors, granite countertops, high-end kitchen appliances, gas fireplaces, and hardwood floors, with tall base and crown mouldings throughout.
