Senior Living Lofts

This luxury multifamily community was designed with a focus on outdoor passive and active courtyard spaces to enrich the lives of the tenants. The 250 units will consist of 1bedroom and 2 bedrooms with high-end finishes. The 4-story buildings will be served by elevators and tenants will circulate to their apartment homes via conditioned corridors. The Community Gathering spaces will contain fitness rooms, yoga studios, indoor golf simulator as well as kitchen and bar areas. The pool will be surrounded by lush landscaping, BBQ areas and canvas enclosed cabanas with TVs and refreshment centers.
