Shapiro & Company Interiors was chosen to select, procure and install all of the furnishing and furniture for this $130M historic conversion apartment building that occupies an entire city block. This project is a conversion and revitalization of the 735,000 sqft historic Butler Brother’s Building into modern apartments. The selections include a vast amount of amenity space, a grand lobby, monumental stairs, office space, courtyards, model units, and rooftop pool furniture and furnishings. The selections respond to Butler Brother’s historic industrial architecture with a modern appeal to the crossover market of the refined downtowner and the eclectic Soulard resident.
