Germantown, TN
Tucked away in a quiet, naturally preserved subdivision in the heart of Germantown, this estate was designed to reflect and emphasize the park-like setting of the neighborhood. A stone pedestrian bridge guides the home's visitors across a natural stream at the front of the property. The timeless design of this transitional residence allows inhabitants to take in sweeping, panoramic views of the nature surrounding the home.
Our clients envisioned a home that would accommodate large gatherings of family and friends in a way that prioritizes comfort and connectivity. The home features five bedrooms, two home offices, a spacious primary bedroom with a luxury bathroom, his & hers closets, a retractable screened porch with grilling area and built-in seating, and a custom pool and hot tub. An open kitchen and vaulted family room, ideal for entertaining, spill into a screened porch, ensuring a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood every room with natural light. The guest suite is integrated into the primary residence but is strategically located to provide privacy and independent entry. The primary bedroom overlooks the pool, and a large floor-to-ceiling glass door connects their room directly to the courtyard and pool. The teenage children have their own upstairs oasis, with their own rooms, a large media room, and a built-in refreshment area.
