This new highly anticipated Public/Private Partnership mixed-use development will include Commercial, Townhomes, Apartments, and Independent Senior Living. The defining statements on this development will include urban defining buildings with surface parking concealed in parking courts. Townhomes and Apartments will face the neighborhood's open park. The senior living and community will front along a city-wide green walking and biking trail.
The community includes a total of 219 units including 63 Independent Senior Living apartments, 131 apartments of 1BR, 2BR and 3BR flats and 25 Townhomes. The development covers 9 acres with a yield of 25 units per acre.
