Amy Daniel Mann
Director of Custom Residential Interiors
As the Director of Custom Residential Interiors, Amy leads with a passion for creating timeless, elevated spaces tailored to the individual needs and lifestyles of the Studio’s clients. Her approach combines original artwork, thoughtfully selected antiques and vintage finds, curated accessories, and high-quality upholstery to craft interiors that are both distinctive and livable. With an embrace of color, texture, pattern, and scale, Amy designs with a deep sensitivity to context, believing that a well-composed room is both beautiful and meaningful. Just as important as the end result is the process itself; Amy prioritizes clear communication and a collaborative, enjoyable experience for every client. Her love for design took root early, inspired by a childhood filled with art, antiques, and travel thanks to her parents, an influence for which she is endlessly grateful. Amy earned a BA in Art History from Vanderbilt University before returning to her hometown of Memphis to begin her career—not in design, but as a research analyst at an institutional investment consulting firm. There, she honed a keen eye for detail and a strong analytical mindset, skills that later became assets in her pivot to interior design. In 2018, Amy joined one of Memphis’ leading interior design firms, first as a Design Associate and later as an Independent Designer, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of the profession.
