With 15 years of success in the multifamily industry, Fiona Mathew is an accomplished Architect and dedicated community advocate based in our Dallas office. Her expertise blends technical precision with a deep understanding of the social and economic factors that shape impactful design.

Before joining Shapiro & Company, Fiona led a 15-person design studio within a vertically integrated firm encompassing development, construction, and property management. Prior to this, she worked at two other National Architectural Firms specializing in Multifamily. This experience gives her a unique perspective on developers' priorities and the transformative power of high-quality design in achieving project success.

At Shapiro & Company, Fiona serves as Principal, providing firm-wide leadership, driving design innovation, and guiding the firm’s expansion into new markets. Her role focuses on cultivating long-term client relationships while fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity.

Fiona earned her Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech with a minor in Urban Planning. She brings exceptional leadership, expertise, and a passion for design excellence to her role.
