The Offices at Oaksedge

Oaksedge was originally a 200 acre estate acquired in 1936 by General Everett R. Cook, a long time Memphian who founded Cook Industries, Inc. In 1999, the estate was acquired by Brad Martin, and now serves as the offices for his business, RBM Venture Company, as well as Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc. As the developers, RBM Venture Company and Commercial Development Advisors have obtained the services of Shapiro & Company to provide the overall master plan vision as well as the architectural services for this unique business community.

Oaksedge consists of eight privately owned buildings totaling 10,000 to 20,000 square feet each. These buildings will embody the finest high-end, residential style architecture, complementing the elegance of the original mansion built by Cook. Shapiro & Company has designed the master plan, carefully placing each building on the 14 acre vista that is occupied by more that 1,000 mature trees and shrubbery. The offices will combine timeless elegance while offering the most modern amenities in a coveted East Memphis location.
