Transitional Luxury Residence

Germantown, TN

This custom home has a large, open kitchen and living space that completely opens to the screened porch and grilling area, giving plenty of space to relax and entertain.  The primary suite is the epitome of luxury, with expansive his and hers closets and a large bathroom that opens into the private spa garden. Outside you can find a custom pool, dual basketball and tennis court, two garages, and a conditioned shop. Upstairs, additional bedrooms, an exercise room, and playroom give guests and visiting children a place of their own. Working within neighborhood guidelines, which were more traditional, we were able to achieve the clients’ wishes of a more transitional home.
