This new apartment build in Memphis is full of diverse yet timeless energy. Guests are greeted in the lobby with welcoming, textured, graphic walls and elevated furniture. The club room lounge features conversational seating groups and banquette seating to maximize interaction and engage residents. An eclectic game room features both pool and shuffleboard tables, a kitchenette, and a TV area. Multiple seating and dining groups thoroughout allow residents to engage with the space and with each other. Private "zoom rooms" and a conference room offer tranquil workspaces and opportunities for collaboration. An energetic fitness room and yoga room encourages guests to bring out their active side.
