Modern Manor Home

This property was extra deep and fairly narrow across the street width. The design maximized the lot's characteristics and created privacy for the family. The clients wanted to create a special entry to welcome their family and friends so we envisioned a beautiful courtyard entry experience with a slightly hidden front door to provide a unique entry experience. The clients very much enjoy entertaining family and friends so the house and outdoor spaces were designed to accommodate this. Careful attention was made to ensure the home had privacy from the adjacent homes, yet all of the spaces are bathed in natural light.
