South Fayette, Pennsylvania

Shapiro & Company Architects, Inc. has been chosen as Town Architect for the design of all Newbury residential products located in South Fayette, 14 miles southeast of Pittsburgh. Also responsible for determining the appropriate architectural vision, our task was to survey surrounding residential styles in order to ascertain appropriate architectural design specific to Newbury. From this extensive survey, it became apparent that the appropriate styles would include Colonial Revival, Georgian, Craftsman, and Tudor.
